What is Jumpstart?

Jumpstart is a unique MTG format where players don't build a deck from scratch. Instead, they choose (or are randomly assigned) two themed 20-card booster packs, shuffle them together, and play. Each pack is centered around a specific theme like "Vampires," "Lightning," or "Unicorns."

Tournament Structure

A typical Jumpstart tournament goes something like this:

1. Sign-Up and Deck Creation:

   • Each player receives (or chooses) two Jumpstart boosters.

   • They open the packs, shuffle the 40 cards together (no card swapping allowed), and that’s their deck.

   • The lands are included in the packs, so no need to bring extras.

2. Rounds:

   • The tournament uses a Swiss-style format with 3–4 rounds
